Great taste and texture!
Excellent quality and flavor! You would not know it’s turkey, other than noticing the texture has less gristle than beef sticks. There’s a very light pepper taste that’s pleasant and not overpowering. I’ll be looking into ordering these in larger quantities. Great for snacks and casual charcuterie.
