Only healthy cereal I like
I’ve tried a bunch of health cereals recommended by tiktokers but this is the only one I’ve been able to stand. I like to add Fairlife Core Power chocolate shake to it so I’m getting almost twice as much protein

Good stuff
I got this cereal per nutritionist recommendation, and she wants me to eat protein at every meal and I cannot eat any eggs or sausage in the mornings so there’s cereal with milk or yogurt is my best option right now. I think it’s pretty delicious and I add some fiber cereal with it. Complete breakfast.!!

New fave cereal
I love this cereal. I’m going to be honest and admit that I did not like it when I first tried it, because I tried it with the expectation that it would taste just like other”flake” style cereals, and it does not. It has it’s own unique texture and taste, actually very good if you aren’t expecting it to be something else. My only complaint is the sugar, I wish that instead of the added 4g of sugar they’d just used sucralose or even left it up to the consumer to add a sweetener of choice.
