No Bake Cookies
Use this for making no bake cookies using splenda (1 cup instead of 2 cups of sugar )and about 1/2 cup less oats than it calls for. They come out great. Being diabetic have figured that there are about 9 gm of carbs per 1″ square. I put them in a toaster oven baking sheet and cut them that way, then freeze or put in the frig.

Quick and easy.
Finally, quick oats for gluten-free eaters. My wife and son are pretty sensitive to gluten, so a gluten-free alternative for regular oats is great (oats are naturally gluten-free except for the cross-contamination of other grains).
The quick oats generally do what they should – cook up quick. The quality is high, though the price is too. That is definitely one thing Quaker Oats will have to modify over time as General Mills has done with making most of their Cheerios gluten-free.

Had to try this
With all the hubbub about gluten and how it does nothing to help our overall health, I had to try Quaker gluten free oats. It has the same satisfying taste as all Quaker products have although it is a bit finer texture. Having the texture finer is not a negative. I would like to see this in a larger size and lower price per ounce.
