I highly recommend the cereal especially for keto people and for diabetics it’s a lower sugar protein included very very tasty I use it for granola and all kinds of things for that crunch and it’s sweetness that’s not too many carbs it’s a perfect keto cereal and other options like baking as a crumble, granola in Greek yogurt etc.

as good as it gets, folks!
YUM! I’m super picky about my serious cravings and when I want some cereal, this is it! with some unsweetened vanilla almond milk and oh my goodness.. so good:) I wont lose weight eating just low carb 3x a day but on an OMAD day i’ll enjoy this with the rest of my meal inside my small eating window. this.is.great!! seems like the longer I’ve had it and gotten used to it the better the flavor. feels like a treat.

Tasty break from eggs
I’ve been on a keto diet for 4 months and have tried a bunch of low carb/high protein cereals. The maple almond crunch is my favorite. I usually add milk, then pour my coffee to give the milk a chance to soften the crunch a bit before eating it. The cranberry cinnamon flavor version is good too, and switching between the two (and eggs) keeps me from getting bored. The “flakes” remind me of puffed rice cereal, which can be a little like styrofoam, but the almonds break up the texture nicely.

Very tasty but too costly at Walmart
I’m not sure why there’s negative reviews on this as I thought it was very tasty. I added blueberries to mine and had a piece of toast with my cereal and I enjoyed it very much! It’s really good tasting. The problem is is that Walmart has raised the price. Over at Amazon you can get it for 14 bucks. Paying $20 bucks for a box of cereal is ridiculous.

Good taste and texture
This is the best tasting keto cereal I’ve tried. Yes the texture is still not the same as regular cereal but it’s more enjoyable than other brands cardboard like textures and the taste is good. Nice for a quick healthy snack or mornings where I just want a bowl of cereal.
