Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
My family loves visiting Red Lobster and eating their biscuits with our dinner. In the past, I had tried to make them from scratch with “copy cat” recipes. While the ones that I made were great, they took a lot of work and, more importantly, a lot of clean up when dinner was finished. When I found this product in the store I couldn’t help but buy it so we could try to make them at home. I was not disappointed as the biscuits taste exactly like the ones that Red Lobster sells. They are very simple to make and you only need to add a few easy ingredients. Clean up is a breeze which gives me extra time to be with my family instead of in the kitchen. We are now huge fans of this product and buy the mix regularly.

Absolutely delicious
I’m not that great a cook but these were very easy to prepare and turned out so great that I could hardly stop eating them. One review I read somewhere said it made 10 biscuits. I had 12 and they were good sized biscuits.

De-LISH and addicting biscuits!!!
3000% yum!!! If you want to blow your diet, get some of these biscuits. I could eat a whole box! I’m actually sorry I purchased these because they have become an addiction. Good lawd! Remember you’ll need cheddar cheese and butter for the recipe.

Cheddar Bay Mix Remix* Absolute game changer!
Substitute the water for milk or butter milk, then add in three times the amount of cheese they say to add and its a master piece! I’m personally not a huge biscuit fan myself, but I ate almost the entire box to myself!! They where absolutely delicious, definite game changer this way. Ge next day i broke one of the biscuits in half put a little scoop of butt in theifdle fused it back together and heated nit in the microwave wave for a few second and im telling you it was even better than the first, second, third and fourth serving! 😂

Same as the restaurant ones after reheating
I’ve been a fan of these biscuits since they started serving them in the 90’s and know the taste inside and out. I had to try these make-at-home ones. I was a little disappointed after I made them – they looked and smelled just like the real thing, but they were a bit crumbly, they didn’t have that chewy taste to them. I put the leftovers in the fridge and then reheated one the next day in the microwave and it was like something magic happened. With the reheat, somehow they achieved that yummy, chewy, flavorful taste that I was looking for and were not crumbly at all. I can’t explain it, but I wouldn’t have been able to tell the reheated one from one I’d get at the restaurant. I think going forward, I’m going to prep these in advance and then warm them up in the microwave after they’ve been in the fridge for a while. I know this is weird, but I guess whatever gets the result is the way to go. It says it makes 8-10 biscuits, but I made 8 out of them and they were the exact size of the restaurant ones, so I’d recommend that quantity. If you want to ensure a golden top with a perfectly golden bottom that isn’t burnt, put a blank cookie sheet on the bottom rack and cook the biscuits on another sheet on the very top rack. I blackened the bottoms of so many biscuits before discovering this trick.

Delicious
These biscuits were delicious and a big hit. I will put a little more cheese in them next time (just a preference). They had the nice flaky texture and taste of the actual biscuits at RL. The only thing that keeps them from 5 stars is that they were really salty. I don’t usually add a lot of salt to my food so maybe I am a little sensitive to it, but it was a little much for me. i will probably use unsalted butter next time and see if that helps. Have already bought more to make!

Yum
Arrived later than stated they would, so ended up having to purchase elsewhere in the meantime but good flavor to these biscuits! Almost as good as in the restaurant but much cheaper than a visit there!!
