Moisturizer gel
This product does what it says it will, however, a word of caution….,this is supposed to help with vaginal dryness. The first time I used it I didn’t lubricate the applicator and made myself bleed! Either use some petroleum jelly or rub a little of the product on the applicator for easier insertion.

This version, with the reusable applicator, works better than the version with the single use, pre-filled applicators. All the product is applied. It is very easy to use. It reduces the discomfort of intimacy that comes from losing natural moisture. I do recommend using a panty liner.

Not much to say about this other than it works as it is intended to. When “mature” women are estrogen depleted, this product helps by adding moisture when, due to medical conditions, you can’t take oral estrogen. I would highly recommend this product.

This was recommended to me after my hysterectomy by my oncologist’s nurse after I complained about dryness. I’m only 40 and can’t use estrogen or progesterone. Replens has made such a difference. I’m not sure why others have said this is messy to use. All you do is screw the applicator on to the tube and lightly squeeze the tube to fill the applicator. Don’t roll the tube when it gets low! A little of the product leaks out cracks that form in the tube. Only one applicator is provided, but it is easy to clean.
I have a felt a huge difference after using this. I still use a lubricant during s*x, but I’ve noticed I need to use less and it feels more normal now.

This is not a lubricant, it’s a moisturizer for ongoing use. I use it almost every day, it can be expensive but Walmart has a good price. It’s also kind of messy but it really helps me and I no longer have pelvic pain.
