I purchased my box at the supermarket and the date on the box was stamped July 27 – 25 B 22. Prepared using the instructions on the box. The resulting dish was a pleasant pale yellow-light orange colour. I don’t know what is the reason for the Red colour mentioned in many of the other comments listed here ? Perhaps a food colouring glitch at the factory assembly line ?? Anyway, my dish was delicious !! Perfectly seasoned and balanced!???? Makes a fantastic side dish or just add some meat and make it a great main meal ! As I’m not a huge broccoli fan, I was a little apprehensive about purchasing this one. But the broccoli flavouring is very mild !???? Mostly a wonderful combination of the delicious rice and pasta in a creamy cheddar sauce !! I can highly recommend you trying this product !
