Mmmmm Heaven
So Delicious heavenly only used one and a half cubes with whole can of coconut milk, and some passata about 1/4 with a bit of chicken stock. Sauteed onions, added potatoes, lentils and 1/2 cup rice. Used a slow cooker. Great with garlic naan or any naan. Recommended

Very flexible comfort food
This sauce mix will turn just about any selection of veggies and meat into a Japanese stew perfect for serving over rice, with enough spice to warm your body but not enough to burn your tongue. Kare raisu is a staple Japanese comfort food, and this makes it super easy.
EXPERIMENT with this. Use different meats and vegetables based on what’s cheap or what you like. The classic uses carrots, potatoes and onion- onion is important, never skip it. Everything else is up to you. I’ve been making it with jicama instead of potato, stewing can’t defeat its crunch which adds a very nice texture to the finished product. I’ve also tried sweet corn, chickpeas, peppers, snap peas, oranges, and lots of other things. It’s hard to find a loser. Pork seems to be the best meat to use for it, but again, try anything that can be stir-fried.
I’ll admit, I tried it because I’d seen it in anime… but having tasted it, I’m going to be making it for the rest of my life!

Really tasty curry cubes!
I love this curry! It’s very simple but nice and flavorful. Expect it to be a bit salty, but it’s so simple to make and delicious. If you find it too salty, just add a little extra water. It’s flavorful enough that you won’t notice it being diluted much! I simmer mine with chicken and potatoes! It’s not really spicy at all- and I say this as somebody who does NOT like spicy food. I really love it! I’ll be buying this frequently 🙂 !

japanese curry wins
SOOO DELICIOUS. i made katsu curry. you can also get beef cubes or pork cubes (any protein) and cook it in the curry to marinate the meat but katsu was delicious with this. when paired with rice it reminds me of spanish beans and rice (the flavor). it’s the best curry i’ve ever had made so easy.

The only curry I’ve put should be eating is from this pack. It’s so easy to cut up however many vegetables you want, simmer some what’re and throw cubes in.

Best Japanese curry
I only use this brand because it has the most flavour and consistency when cooking Japanese curry. It’s medium but doesn’t even taste spicy. They don’t sell the mild flavour at Walmart but other places do.

This stuff is great, even better low and slow.
Instructions work okay but I figured out this product works way better if you use extra liquid and allow it to slowly reduce over 45 minutes to 1 hour. I cut chicken things into 3 pieces. That leaves me with nice thick chunks. I then dust those with a little corn starch and brown them in my wok. Add about 50% more liquid and allow it to slowly simmer. Add the vegies back in towards the end and the chicken just melts in your mouth.
