I just loved these the first time I tried them and I had no idea they were gluten-free as they were a gift!
I’m not high enough to realize how much snacks that crackers have evolved and when I’ve had something that didn’t taste like glue or paste from kindergarten they were about a dollar per snack cracker which I’m not willing to pay.
Gluten free table cracker blew my mind!
For the past few years, I’ve been gluten-free as much as possible, and although I don’t eat too many shelfstable crackers or snack foods, when I do eat crackers, I’d like it to taste good and hold up under various toppings, such as butter or cheese or cream cheese, peanut butter etc.
Primarily, I really like crackers with soup and this winter I need a triple batch of my favorite root vegetable and chuck roast soup, and it is tradition to have crackers with a thin layer of butter along with the soup . (or some awesome sourdough or sourdough bread toasted bread that you can dip but that’s a story).
This particular brand of cracker has was gifted to me and I loved it !
It’s sort of like a club cracker a saltine and had a baby that was a hybrid much better than either of the parents!
It’s thin it’s fairly durable (be gentle as you’re spreading things on it, once said it back down it won’t crumple or soften or fall apart on you. ) and it tastes amazing, and it’s got a snap /crunch that I just love . I’m almost more into texture and crunch than the flavor of crackers.
I get sad if things are too soggy, and I don’t like to rush eating. These are perfect for me because they remain crunchy even after I’ve put my butter on it and sitting next to a hot soup bowl.
I’m grateful to find them for about five dollars at Walmart because they are a fortune on Amazon which I’ve had to use more often than I’d like to illness .
Have the food come to me please!
1 box that Walmart shipped to me was quite mangled so I just went with the flow and used it crumbled in my soup that day. I would recommend buying it yourself in house if you’re able to go to the grocery store rather than having it sent to you.
Other than that, thank you Walmart for carrying this product . I’m thrilled with the quality and grateful it’s not a dollar per cracker like some of the things I’ve purchased online.

To me, these are the best tasting crackers! Closest to a saltine cracker i have found. Wonderful in recipes too or just on their own. Great texture & crunch. I highly recommend these crackers.

Taste just like the ‘real’
Taste just like the ‘real’ thing. Buying by the case is strange perhaps, but they arrive & store easily, & are unbroken! The individual packs keep them dry, crisp, & in perfect condition. Love them!
I just wish Schar would start making oyster crackers for soup!

Schar Table Crackers taste great. They’re a good gluten-free alternative for those ever popular saltines we all grew up eating. I like dipping them into humus, crumbling into tomato soup, or eating plain as a snack. Like other saltine crackers, they’re also effective in alleviating nausea discomfort. They are my favorite gluten-free crackers.

Honest opinion – not part of a promotion.
I don’t actually like table crackers. They are too bland and seem to have a hint of cereal box in the texture – like an unsalted saltine left on the counter – somewhere humid.
These aren’t like that. They are lightly salted and are crisp and airy like a saltine! So, I don’t know if that is what YOU are looking for, but these are – by far – the best gluten-free crackers that I have found!
Most gluten-free crackers are either hard (like the Simple Mill almond crackers – which are still quite good) or they are a rice cracker – which just has the wrong texture.
I highly recommend the Schar Table Crackers! I will definitely purchase them again!

Just like “real” saltines-buy in store-not online!
Excellent texture and flavor…the closest saltine to a “gluten-full” version that I’ve found. Buy in stores, or buy individually online. Don’t buy online if also ordering other heavy items or these will arrived crushed. Returning them costs more than just using them crushed and getting on with life. I won’t hold Walmart’s “use the crackers as padding for all the heavy stuff” approach to shipping against these crackers. They are superb, but be advised that requiring them to be shipped to your home intact is a gamble.

Being celiac my mom loves these crisp crackers. Fresh and yummy. Very simular to Saltines. She loves these with her chili and soups. Topped with cheese or dips yummy! We alwsys use these on our charcuterie board during fsmily get togethers since a lot of us can have gluten.
