I wear this while sleeping to protect my teeth. it’s a fraction of the cost of devices labeled for that purpose. i had to repeat the fitting process several times and trimmed it with scissors to fit, but it’s a good product at a good price and delivery made it convenient.

Mouth Guard clear and concise.
This mouth guard protects the teeth has a variety of uses. It can be used when in class for training in sports and class. It is easy to have the guard form to your teeth and every time it is used it fits snuggly in the mouth. For me I use it for prevention of grinding teeth at night to keep my teeth healthy and long lasting.

Not impressed
Could be better I was extremely service and boiling it and then putting into my 7 year olds mouth
So ruined the first one
Bought a second and this one has been molded but won’t stay in through the night and makes squeaky noise instead of teeth grinding

I only rated the the guard as four stars, as it was good, however, not as soft or thick as the Wilson guards I have purchased in the past at Walmart for at a cheaper cost.

martial arts
my daughter is currently in a kids martial arts beginner class and the instructor told us to get them a mouthguard so I picked this one. Hopefully she doesn’t mind wearing it but we will see.

returned $20 one, kept this, bought a 2nd one
I grind my teeth at night. The mouth guard at the dentist insurance pays for is rubbish and doesn’t last AT ALL. It’s cheap silicone type garbage. I bought a $20 store brand mouth guard (non-sports). Did curbsite pickup, bought one of each. This one had almost the exact same directions on it as store brand. Boil water, dip 10 – 20 seconds, cool water 5 seconds, bite down hard! I had to trim down the front a little bit after I had it molded, but it didn’t affect the mouthguard at all. Returned the store brand w/o opening it. Been using this one for a few months and no slippage, no holes, no stink, no color change and easy to keep clean!
