It implies it’s only for the microwave but if you put the plastic bowl on a metal cookie sheet or ceramic dinner plate, you can bake it at around 200-250 F.
Today , I used a ceramic serving dish, and emptied the contents of the Simply Asian into the bowl and baked in a 300F for 20 minutes in a toaster/ convection oven.
Better taste than the microwave.

Taste is really good
This is a good tasting alternative to the normal lunch. It has several packages inside and a nice bowl and a lid with a vent to heat up the contents. I really liked this and will be buying again.
I would suggest that you try it as I believe you will not be unhappy.

The flavor is good and the portion size is pretty good for the cost. Sometimes one needs a quick and simple, delicious, healthy meal and this is it! Pop this is the microwave and you have a great meal in no time. It’s very tasty and only takes 90 seconds. It contains 10 grams of protein. It comes with soft noodles and clear instructions. It is healthy and really very tasty. My fiance loves to eat and loves good food and he truly enjoys this Simply Asia meal. I like them also – for their taste and their easy of preparation. Among all the quick snack/meal options out there, this is one of the best, easy to prepare, very tasty, and aromatic – it always draws someone into the kitchen. It’s flavorful spicy, not hot spicy. You can eat it right from the handy package so there are no dishes to clean. Great value!

I have purchased another brand of this type of noodle bowl. Simply Asia was comparable and very good. Next time I would use a little less water and not dilute the sauce as much. I also believe that this was more expensive.
