Haven’t used it yet but I’m sure it’ll be fine. Gave it 4 stars since the listing didn’t mention anywhere this guard had to be boiled. The orthodontist said not to use a boil mouthguard with my daughter’s braces and expander but since this once can be boiled multiple times I think we’re in the clear. I considered using it uncooked to follow the orthodontist’s guide but it won’t fit.

These were ok, they were a bit big for my kids but we are going to try to boil them and fit them to their mouths

A little bulky but they do work. Make sure not to boil them too long when doing the fitting.
