turkey’s my favorite I like to keep some on hand for making some tomato pie I make mine with the stuffing my favorite is the turkey and the and also the pork and you can use it for other things too the stuffing it’s all right in my book

HERE ARE A FEW TRICKS TO MAKE THIS MORE ELEGANT!
My spin on this is to saute a little chopped Bok Choy (or celery) and onion before I add the liquid,( which is usually vegetable stock and some white wine as opposed to plain water.) I also throw in a handful of dried cranberries along with the stuffing when adding it to the boiling liquid. Adds a delicious surprising twist!

I wish they had more human animal husbandry practices like free ranging but they don’t. This stuffing does taste good.
