I use this for baking all the time. Almost perfect substitute for sugar. Just a bit less sweet. Highly suggest the brown and confectioners versions as well.

Can’t taste the difference
I’ve been using this in place of sugar and you cannot taste the difference. I’ve baked with it, added it to coffee and tea, and sprinkled it on top of things. So good!
