Best Quality Makeup Rounds
I have bought the cheaper ones but I always come back to Swisspers. They don’t fall apart or leave wisps of cotton on my face. You get what you pay for.

STURDY AND USEFUL FOR MULTIPLE FUNCTIONS
These white cotton rounds have many many uses. Application of lotions and potions to the face is the obvious one. But also if you dip them in cold water and apply them to your eyes, they are good for relief of puffyness. I have also used them to clean small silver pieces with silver polish. There are lots of uses!
