Again, you go through the years using ‘one’ particular product. Then out of left field, comes one that leaves the prior one(s) in the dust. That is what the Watkins almond extract has shown me. Yummy in desserts
I use in place of vanilla extract. I try not to use vanilla anymore and replace with some other flavor. This gives a wonderful warm nutty flavor. Gives my stuff a slightly different taste!

The best flavor for oatmeal
